For us certified health nuts, seeing kombucha on tap at our favourite breweries, pubs, and cafes around town is beyond exciting. It’s progressive.  

The decision for food service businesses to offer alternative options that accommodate dietary preferences of health-conscious, -aware, or - curious consumers demonstrates that we're moving towards a future where we no longer need to make sacrifices when we “go out.” (2020, what a time to be alive!)

At Solfeggio, we reach out to food service businesses of all sorts in order to advocate for health options for all. One of our partners in this mission is Spark Kombucha.

Spark has made it incredibly easy for businesses of all types to bring a healthful, non-alcoholic beverage to their patrons and staff. One of Spark’s key offerings is an all-inclusive system that includes refrigeration so no beverage line system is required. You can get this program in grocery stores, cafes, cafeterias, markets, and even corporate offices! The set-up functions as a refillery for growlers or a self-serve kiosk.
