Our entire line is raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. We enhance each recipe with specific superfoods like Chaga for its immune-supporting properties, turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties and lion’s mane for its mood-balancing effect.

We offer decadent desserts with science-based health benefits combined with culinary refinement.

Our People

We are a women-led team of Certified Nutritional Practitioners, passionate entrepreneurs, and designers. The recipes and the brand were developed by two-time Olympian and World Champion freestyle skier, Kristi Richards, with the intention of providing people with convenient and irresistible whole food nutrition while at home or on the road.

So, naturally… Solfeggio was spawned from my pursuit of excellence in sport as an athlete, to now developing recipes that are designed to nourish and fuel our body and soul for wellness and performance.

  • Founder of Solfeggio Whole Foods - started in 2013 as a Farm to Table Restaurant in Pemberton, BC, and grew into what it is today as a producer of holistically designed desserts.
