A mini take on our Full Cheesecakes! These are cashew based vegan cheesecakes are what we get to have fun with. We do seasonal flavours and recipes, using interesting herbs like calendula and chamomile, matcha, turmeric and the list goes on! Bars or large, they are great for events, dinner menus, or the minis for a quick bite with an espresso or a tea.
